As it often occurs in all professions, no
one can know everything in the field of real estate. This
is why, from the beginning, we have structured our firm with
specialists who know a lot about something.
This criterion had a rapid reply from the market and encouraged
us to create Divisions that take care of
specific subjects. Currently nine divisions are functioning
in L. J. Ramos, operating on line with our North
Zone branches. As a support for these
Divisions an Administration and Finance area and a Marketing
and Communication area are also operating. The latter has
always had a relevant role in our development because we present
each property as a product with differential
attributes in all cases. |
